Thanks to our unique sous vide method of preparation and cooking our Duck á l’Orange, we've taken the guesswork out of preparing a gourmet duck meal. Just thaw, heat, and serve - from oven to plate in 15 minutes. (Tip: For crispier skin, place under the oven broiler for 3-5 minutes, depending on your preference.)

Confit Roasted Legs
One of our most popular store items, these tender, rich-flavoured legs are prepared in the traditional French method of confit. Simply heat to crisp the skin and serve.
