This “how to” class allows you to observe, ask questions and enjoy a delicious meal with wine pairing. Take home the evening’s wonderful recipes and a gourmet goodie bag filled with delicious duck to create your own masterpiece.

Learn to cook a duck dinner that will wow mom. Sample specialty products from duck spring rolls to pulled duck and learn ways to add duck as a unique twist to family favourites.

Classes are limited to 24 foodies per class (Group bookings available for groups of 20-24). Classes are demonstration & tasting. All ingredients are provided and copies of the recipes are provided at the end of each class.
