Explore new culinary adventure as you learn to enjoy and master the wonderful world of duck.

Our demonstration classes are designed to make cooking with duck easy and enjoyable — from entreés to appetizers and everything in between.

Not only will you gain better insight into one of the world’s classic dishes but also, what makes King Cole Ducks North America’s only complete Farm-to-Fork producer with products sought by chefs, consumers and food retailers around the world!

Love is in the Air

And duck is on the menu! Learn how to create a Valentine’s gourmet duck dinner with the help of our culinary team and guest sommelier’s perfect pairings for app and entrée.

March 6th, 7-9pm

Duck n’ Ale

A unique partnership of duck n’ ale as chefs from Hungry Brew Hops showcase delicious duck dishes with craft beer pairings. A fun and delicious evening – we promise.

April 10th, 7-9pm

International Night

Duck’s international flare will be highlighted in our April duck school by sharing Korea’s favourite dish: wine marinated smoked duck in addition to other worldly flavours. Bring along a favourite recipe from your “homeland” for your chance to win a gift bag of specialty products.

May 8th, 7-9pm

Something for Mom

Wondering what to get mom for Mother’s Day? Why not a Duck School class… or better yet, why not a delicious duck dinner that you learned to prepare with the expertise of our guest chef.

June 5th, 7-9pm

A Summer’s Eve

Our duck inspired menu will feature a ‘berry’ delicious recipe to kick off Foodland Ontario’s Local Food Week celebrations. Learn about our farm fresh products and other hidden culinary treasures throughout York Region.

July 10th, 7-9pm

BBQ Anyone?

Give your guests a twist to the traditional BBQ fare. Learn how to best spit roast duck, grill duck breasts, toss confit on the Barbie or enjoy duck burgers and sausage this sunshine season. Go to the front of the class by sharing your favourite duck recipe and win a “cottage box” of BBQ duck specialties.
