Butchers

We currently have a great opportunity for butchers to join our organization and be a part of our growing success! We are a family owned business specializing in wholesale and retail processing of ducks for customers around the world!

We currently have URGENT job openings for skilled and experienced retail and wholesale production butchers and we have 12 positions available.

  • The job entails knife handling, skilled in deboning, cutting, trimming and packaging various cuts of duck for retail and wholesale customers. We are looking for someone who is reliable, dependable and most importantly a team player that can work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work under pressure.
  • We have competitive wages ($16/hr & opportunity for increases), Benefits (Medical and Dental), Profit Sharing and yearly bonuses. 42.5 Hrs/Week.
  • Employment position is offered on a full time basis.
  • Adequate candidate will demonstrate independent butcher skills.
  • No education required
