We hand-select and trim our meatiest breasts, then cook using Canadian rock maple for just the right hint of smoky flavour.
Today this smoked boneless duck breast is popular on the menus of cruise ships, airlines, restaurants and hotels where its consistent quality and unique flavour is always in demand.
It is also available through deli and specialty food retailers and in our retail store at King Cole.

Thanks to our unique sous vide method of preparation and cooking, we've taken the guesswork out of preparing a gourmet duck meal. Just thaw, heat and serve - from oven to plate in 15 minutes.
